How to save your own listing photos from Poshmark, Depop and Mercari

You listed an item on Poshmark and now you want it on Depop, Mercari or eBay. Or you want a copy of your listings before you delist them. The photos are still on your listing pages, but the pages show resized copies, and a right-click save often gives you a small file or a WebP.

Method 1: One photo at a time, by hand (no install)

  1. Open your listing, then open each photo in its own tab (right-click, Open image in new tab).
  2. Look at the address. The image server hands out a small copy by default, and a short edit to the address gets the big one:
    • Poshmark: the file name starts with s_ or m_. Change that to l_.
    • Depop: the address ends in /P6.jpg or another P number above 0. Change it to /P0.jpg.
    • eBay: change the number in s-l225 (or similar) to s-l1600.
    • Etsy: change il_340x270 or il_794xN to il_fullxfull.
  3. Save the photo and rename the files 01, 02, 03 in the order the listing shows them.
  4. Paste the listing's title and link into a text file in the same folder, so you can find it later.

That works for a listing or two. A closet of thirty listings with four photos each is 120 photos to open, edit, save and rename.

Method 2: Every listing in one ZIP with PixLasso

  1. Add PixLasso to Chrome or Edge. There is no account to make.
  2. Open each of your listings in its own tab, in one window.
  3. Click the PixLasso icon and choose All tabs. The first time, the browser asks you to allow access.
  4. Keep Folder per tab on. Images that appear on several tabs, and images that link to other pages (recommended listings, for example), start unselected. Look over the preview and untick anything that is not yours.
  5. Keep Output: One ZIP file and click Download.

The ZIP has one folder per listing, named after the listing's title without the marketplace part. Inside, the photos are numbered from 001 in the order the page lists them, and source.txt holds the listing's title and link. The ZIP has photos only. The description, price, size and brand stay on the listing, so copy those yourself. PixLasso reads the pages you already have open and processes the files on your computer, so nothing is uploaded.

source.txt, folder names without the marketplace part, numbering that restarts in each folder, the full-size copies from Poshmark, Depop, Etsy (il_794xN) and Mercari Japan described below, and the step where shared and recommended images start unselected arrive in version 0.1.2; the store has 0.1.1 today, which already saves a folder per tab. source.txt is written only into ZIP downloads, not with Separate files.

What size you get on each marketplace

PixLasso makes the address edits from Method 1 for you, so on Poshmark it saves the l_ copy (about 1000 px), on Depop the P0 copy (1280 px on the photos I checked), and on eBay and Etsy the large copy. Photos from Mercari Japan (jp.mercari.com) are fetched as the original too.

Mercari in the US (mercari.com) has no such rule. PixLasso saves those photos at the size the page loads them, because I found no address that returns the larger original. If a photo comes out small, use the copy on your phone or computer for that one.

Check before you delist

Open one folder before you delete anything on the old marketplace. Compare the number of photos with the listing, and open a photo to check its size. If a folder is short a photo, go back to that tab, click through its photos and run it again.

Saving originals is free up to 30 images per download, so about seven listings with four photos each at a time. Pro removes the limit and can convert a whole batch to JPG or shrink it to a maximum size. It costs $9.99 once until December 31, 2026, then $14.99.

Whose photos can you use?

Photos you took yourself, or ones you have the right to use. A photo on another seller's listing belongs to that seller, so leave it alone. Check the rules of the marketplace you are moving to before you upload.

Image addresses for Poshmark and Depop checked against their image servers on 24 October 2026. I have not yet run a full batch on a live Poshmark, Depop or Mercari account, so check the first folder before you delist anything.
