How to download product images from AliExpress

AliExpress search pages load 480-pixel AVIF thumbnails. The full-size product photo is on the same server, and the thumbnail address only adds a size suffix.

Method 1: Edit the image URL

Open a product image in a new tab. The address looks like ae-pic-a1.aliexpress-media.com/kf/S34be….jpg_480x480q75.jpg_.avif. Delete everything after the first .jpg. In our check that returned a 190 KB image instead of an 8 KB thumbnail. The server may send it as WebP; right-click it and use PixLasso's free Save image as JPG / PNG / WebP, or see save WebP as JPG.

Method 2: A whole search page into one ZIP

In a test on 23 October 2026, PixLasso found 96 images on an AliExpress search page and 445 after a deep scan; 385 were upgraded from the 480-pixel thumbnail to the full-size photo (it strips the size suffix on both alicdn.com and the newer aliexpress-media.com addresses). All 12 sample files downloaded into a valid ZIP.

  1. Add PixLasso to Chrome or Edge and open the page.
  2. Click the PixLasso icon, then Deep scan so it scrolls the page and collects images that load late.
  3. Set Min size to 300px to skip icons and avatars.
  4. Click Download. You get one ZIP, numbered in page order, converted to JPG if you choose.

The free version saves up to 30 images per download. See how other sites did on the works-with page.
